FIELD: chemical industry; methods and materials for treatment of the fluorine compounds.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the solutions process technology processing technique for extraction of the molecular anion with the perfluocarbon chain in the form of laminar dual hydroxide. The solution containing the fluorine compound and having pH exceeding 4, preferably from 4 up to 12, is added with the salt of the divalent metal and the salt of tervalent metal with the purpose to settle the laminar dual hydroxide containing the fluorine compound between the layers. As a result the bulk of the fluorine compound settles out in the form of the sediment of the laminar complex hydroxide and is extracted. Thus it is possible to absorb and steadily fix the fluorine compound between the layers of the laminar dual hydroxide and to separate the fluorine compound or its salt, for example, as the surface-active substance with the perfluocarbon chain, which is present in the solution in the low concentration. The degree of binding of the fluorine compound exceeds 90 %, therefore, it is possible to diminish the influence exerted by the fluorine compound on the environment or the ecological system, and also the fluorine compound after the sediment dilution in the acid may be reused as the raw material.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the influence exerted by the fluorine compound on the environment or the ecological system and the possibility for the fluorine compound after the sediment dilution in the acid to be reused as the raw material.
