FIELD: construction materials industry; the power-saving methods of production of the Portland-cement clinker.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the cement-cement clinker by the dry, semidry, wet and combined methods. The power-saving method of production of the cement-cement clinker provides for the sintering in the rotating furnace at the temperature of 1380°C-1450°C of the technological mixture of the limestone and the argillaceous material - the sediment of the sewage-purification facilities - the sewage farm of the aeration station with the moistness from 8.0 % up to 90 % at the weight ratio of the limestone to the indicated sediment from 1:0.4 up to 1:1.3. The technical result is the saving of limestone, fuel and power at production of the clinker, cost-saving of production of the Portland-cement, solution of the ecological problems of the areas due to utilization of the sediments of the sewage-purification facilities in the wide range of the moistness.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the saving of limestone, fuel and power at production of the clinker, cost-saving of production of the cement cement, solution of the ecological problems of the areas.
