FIELD: mechanical engineering; instrumentation engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment, machine tools, and instruments. Proposed vibration isolator contains elastic members made in form of pack of series-connected disk spring units. Unit of disk elastic members is made in form of two coaxially disk spring, upper and lower ones, connected at inner and outer diameter by means of coaxially arranged T-shaped rings. Two through slots are made on elastic conical surface of disk elastic members in plane parallel to base of disk elastic members in plane parallel to bases of truncated cone. Said slots form to truncated conical surfaces coupled by two ribs directed along generating lines of said conical surface. According to other design version, at least three through slots are made on elastic conical surface in plane parallel to bases, forming two truncated conical surfaces connected by at least three ribs directed along generating lines of said surface.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration at resonance, simplified design and mounting.
