FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibro-isolator contains a housing including a base with a cover. In the body there is a package of serially connected disc-shaped elastic elements, the inner surface of which interacts with a bushing located coaxially with them. One end of the bushing is rigidly fixed in the base, and the other - interacts with the inner surface of the lid. Between the end of the sleeve and the bottom of the cover there is a gap in which a buffer device is installed in the form of a damping washer mesh bag. Elastic mesh elements of the package are made of a combination of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. The stem of the resiliently damping material is located in the central part of the bag with gaps in the upper and lower mesh elastic elements. In its middle part, the stem is rigidly fixed to the central plate, on which the support rings are fixed. The upper and lower mesh elastic elements are respectively connected to the upper cover and the lower pack pressure plate.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode by increasing the damping in the system.
