FIELD: valving.
SUBSTANCE: gas flow rate governor comprises housing and device for attracting the flexible member. The flexible member and inlet and outlet passages are connected with the housing. The flexible member is provided with gate valve that overlaps the inlet passage for permitting its opening. The device for attracting the flexible member is made of electromagnet whose face is secured to the outer side of the base of the governor housing. One of the ends of the flexible member is secured from inside of the base. The flexible member is made of a plate made of ferromagnetic material. The inner side of the housing base is provided with the stop for allowing the plate to be bent.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of flow control.
