FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: rubber collar comprises conical section that is made in block with the collar at an angle of 30-40°C to the surface of the cone. The conical section is provided with the hollow conical member for setting the cable in the casing of the cable. The collar can be provided with two or more members for passing cables in the protecting pipelines. The method comprises assembling and vulcanizing the collar that are carried out on two curing cores simultaneously. One of the curing cores is basic one, and the other curing core is detachable.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
