FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: collar comprises two cylindrical parts of different diameters arranged eccentrically relative to each other and connecting their flat part with branches made thereon for protective tubes of communication cables. Cylindrical part of the smaller diameter is located on one side of the flat part and connected over the circumference through a corrugation in the form of a concave oval. The cylindrical part of the larger diameter is located on opposite side of flat part and connected over entire circumference through a corrugation in the form of an oval part in cross-section. A stop is made on inner side of the cylindrical part of the larger diameter to protect the collar from improper installation. At the end in the upper point of the cylindrical part of the larger diameter there is a mark in the form of a petal for centering the collar relative to the pipeline and the protective casing. The branches are in the form of protective tubes of the communication cables used as a whole with the collar and arranged horizontally in the its upper part.

EFFECT: preventing the collar from sliding from protective casing, reduction of stress in the collar and reduction of installation time.
