FIELD: technique for sealing of tube space, in particular, main pipeline transition sites passing through automobile roads and railways and laid within protective housing or casing.
SUBSTANCE: rubber collar has two cylindrical parts joined with one another through conical part and is designed for utilization as detachable or non-detachable rubber collar. One cylindrical part is 57-1,420 mm in diameter, other cylindrical part is 114-1,720 mm in diameter. Doubled 20-100 mm wide textile ribbon is laid within rubber collar wall, said width being equal to width of male and female members along the entire length of collar. Textile ribbon is designed for forming within rubber collar of detachment site by manually cutting collar with the use of knife along opposite sides of doubled textile ribbon, in particular, each individual textile ribbon, into male and female detachment members. Method for manufacture of rubber collar other than pressing process involves using mandrel following collar configuration by applying onto mandrel surface crude sheet rubber to provide predetermined thickness of future male member of detachment for detachable rubber collar; applying onto crude rubber sheet doubled textile 20-100 mm wide ribbon, said width being equal to width of future male and female members of detachment; laying textile ribbon so that its both ends protrude beyond edges of collar ends; laying crude sheet rubber of set thickness over the surface of collar for female member of detachment of detachable rubber collar, with doubled textile ribbon laid into wall between collar layers dividing detachment layer into female and male members of detachment; vulcanizing collar in vulcanizing pan at 120-160 C during 1 hour 25 min or 1 hour 40 min; withdrawing collar from vulcanizing pan and removing from mandrel, said collar being ready for utilization as non-detachable or detachable rubber collar. Method for assembling of collar on pipeline involves roughing male and female surfaces of said members for preparing of detachable rubber collar for assembling on non-split pipeline; gluing collar detachment members and connecting using two rectangular radial plates with bolted connectors; removing radial plates and sealing tube space of transition site; putting collar part of larger diameter onto housing, with collar part of smaller diameter being on pipeline; fixing by means of tightening yokes.
EFFECT: reduced time for manufacture of detachable and non-detachable rubber collars.
