FIELD: cryogenic equipment, particularly to design and manufacture cryogenic systems, including nano-cryogenic systems, adapted to maintain low temperatures of microelectronic, physical and biological objects.
SUBSTANCE: Stirling cryogenic system comprises compression and expansion units, load heat-exchangers, heat dissipating heat-exchangers and regenerator. Compression unit is formed of fullerene, which changed volume under the action of pulsed heating or electric field. Expansion unit includes fullerenes or nano-pipes, whose dimensions are changed under the action of electric field. Load heat-exchangers, heat dissipating heat-exchangers and regenerator are made of nano-pipes constituting single row or of embedded nano-pipes.
EFFECT: reduced mass and size, possibility to decrease power inputs to minimal level, which is enough to maintain necessary cryogenic temperature of object to be cooled.
