FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining estriol, placental lactogen and interleukine 6 concentration in blood serum. Diagnostic index D is calculated from formula D=0.005xX1+0.07xX2-0.18xX3-0.37, where X1 is the estriol concentration, in ng/l; X2 is the interleukine 6 concentration, in pg/l; X3 is the placental lactogen concentration, in mg/l. If D<0, conclusion is drawn that no laboratory signs in favor of threatening miscarriage occurred. D>0, laboratory signs availability is to be diagnosed as characteristic in given pathologic case.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
