FIELD: mobile communications.

SUBSTANCE: mobile communications commutation center commutates phone calls in structure of radio communication network for multiple access with time division of channels. Communication controller in mobile communications commutation center is made with possible control over communication between mobile communications commutation center and at least one base station controller. Block with inter-network interaction function in the mobile communications commutation center is made with possible transmission of information between mobile communications commutation center and a network, different from radio communication network. Block of data compression services provides automatic detection by mobile communications commutation center of phone-call sub-channels, remote in the network, wherein decreasing procedure is performed, each time, when decreasing procedure occurs during information call commutated by means of mobile communications commutation center.
