SUBSTANCE: method meant for controlling signal propagation delays in transport network by synchronizing external center with wireless synchronous interface uses synchronizing procedure between internetwork interface function unit and base transceiver station that enables internetwork interface function unit to receive information about delay of signal propagation between this unit and base transceiver station. Internetwork interface function unit uses this information for adapting to delays so that correct sequence is unpacked in ascending communication line upon reception from base transceiver station. Internetwork interface function unit also uses synchronization data for controlling transmission process between this unit and base transceiver station so that frame and time interval numbers are received by base transceiver station in correct sequence.
