SUBSTANCE: proposed system and method incorporate improvements enabling wireless data transfer through plurality of electrical communication services operating in compliance with plurality of standards. To this end call control is divided into service call control in mobile phone (SCCm.ph.) and call control related to definite wireless network in mobile phone (WlCCm.ph) with mobile access thereby affording unification in establishment of communications and submitting separate mechanism for controlling connections to process connections of physical and virtual channels.
