FIELD: building, particularly profiled ridge venting channel for tiled roof.
SUBSTANCE: roof ridge venting channel comprises venting strips arranged from each roof ridge side. Each venting strip includes venting pad of nonwoven material. Upper water-barrier member is fastened to the second side of at least one venting strip and extends upwards over roof ridge. In working position the first strip is located on the first side of roof ridge piece and the second venting strip is arranged on the second side of roof ridge piece. Upper water-barrier members of the first and the second venting strips are mutually overlapped at roof ridge piece. The venting system has adhesive preferably applied to one upper water-barrier member to connect two water-barrier members one to another. Facing tiles adapted to cover water-barrier members are connected to roof ridge piece. Facing tile ends are supported by the first and the second venting strip parts.
EFFECT: increased venting efficiency.
