FIELD: mining, particularly to consolidate unstable and isolate absorbing rock intervals.
SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering heat generator in trouble zone of casing pipe. In the case of well bore casing in carbonate-containing rock the heat generator is formed as container divided into two isolated cavities with partitions. Upper cavity is filled with 5% manganese solution, lower one is filled with 50% hydrogen peroxide. Heat generation method includes increasing pressure inside tubing string; breaking the partitions to provide hydrogen peroxide cooperation with manganese solution; displacing hydrogen peroxide and manganese solution in space between container and casing pipe. Device comprises heat generator made as container with funnel-shaped lower end and check valve installed in upper container part. The container is provided with three sealing partitions installed in upper, lower and central container parts. Central partition is made as funnel and may be inserted in container funnel to create two isolated cavities inside the container. Upper cavity is filled with 5% manganese solution, lower one is filled with 50% hydrogen peroxide.
EFFECT: simplified technology and increased well wall casing efficiency.
