FIELD: drilling of wells, separation and fixing of collectors and gas wells in process of their termination. SUBSTANCE: invention ensures increased quality of separation and fixing of wells in process of termination of construction of wells with simultaneous provision for hydraulic cleanness of productive part in the course of their exploitation with planned discharge with minimal water content. According to process shaft of well up to roof of productive level is fixed by operational casing string. Shaft opposite to productive level is widened, gear overlapping pool in the form of impermeable shell is sunk down to face together with operational casing string. Well-collector is open and inflow of fluid into well is initiated. Main shaft is packed above roof of productive level prior to pressure grouting of casing string. Ring space between tubing strings used to lower additional intertube packer and wall of gear overlapping pool is packed after pressure grouting. Later face zone of productive pool is treated. After it permeable grouting composition is forced into widened zone of productive pool. Simultaneously working fluid and products of reaction after acidic treatment are forced out of there. Gear for implementation of process of termination of construction of well in agreement with proposed invention includes body, packing unit with insulating members and drive coming in the form of cylinder and ring piston-pusher, additional packer connected to tubing string, tail part, gear overlapping pool, shoe with valve. Lower part of additional packer has partition with conduits and central hole housing stroke limiter installed in it for axial movement. Radial conduits are made in walls of packer. Tail part has partition that limits stroke of limiter. Upper part of gear overlapping pool houses coupling with non-return valve.
