SUBSTANCE: well comprises well bore, casing pipe, rising pipe suspension bracket, packer and rising pipe. Well bore extends from surface to underground formation. Well bore is cased with casing pipe. Suspension bracket is supported by casing pipe top or is fixed near casing pipe top. Packer is located inside casing pipe at predetermined depth. Rising pipe extends from suspension bracket to packer and is made of elastomeric material reinforced with axial reinforcement bundles so that rising pipe may be extended to inner casing pipe surface.
