FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed segment-type wind-mill electric generating set contains tower, wind wheel with horizontal axle, generator and turnable base. Tower is provided with arc-like base and it is made up of triangles with common side to which step unit with windwheel axle provided with blades is attached. Windwheel blades are connected by rotor member provided with magnetic contact with stator member secured on arc-like base which is connected with turnable base. Advantage of proposed wind-mill electric generating set of segment type is improvement of mass and dimensional characteristics of tower as rods are calculated only to mass of tower with windwheel, and stator member is arranged on arc-like base installed near support plate.
EFFECT: provision of stability to gusts of wind.
