SUBSTANCE: segment-type wind turbine contains a tower, a wind wheel with a horizontal axis of rotation and rotor elements, a turning base with hub and stabiliser, stator elements. Stator elements are made up of two groups, the upper and lower one, the stator elements of the upper group, made in circular shape, are installed in the zone of rotor elements located along the length of wind wheel blades, and are provided with a hole that fixes them on the tower, and the stator elements of the lower group are fixed to the disk-shaped base in the zone of end rotor elements.

EFFECT: weight reduction with increasing stator modules.
