FIELD: electric engineering, possible use in secondary electric power sources of radio-electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: stabilizer (dwg.2) contains adjusting transistor 1, emitter of which is connected to input clamp, and collector - to output clamp, transistor 2 of direct current amplifier with opposite conductivity type, connected by collector to base of adjusting transistor 1 and to anode of first diode 11, by base - to output of output voltage divider, by emitter - through stabilitron 3 - to output clamp and through second resistor 12 - to common bus, and also serial RC-circuit, one output of resistor 6 of which is connected to common bus. Additionally introduced to stabilizer is second diode 13, installed serially with first diode 11. Serial circuit of two diodes (11 and 12) bridges emitter transition of adjusting transistor 1 in reverse direction, while point of connection of diodes through serial RC-circuit is connected to common bus.
EFFECT: increased reliability of stabilizer.
