DC VOLTAGE STABILISER Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC G05F1/10

Abstract RU 2472204 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: DC voltage stabiliser is proposed, which comprises a controlling transistor, the emitter of which is connected with an input lead, and the collector - with an output lead, a transistor of a DC amplifier (DCA) with opposite type of conductivity, connected by a collector with the base of the controlling transistor, by a base - with an output of the output voltage divider, by an emitter via a stabilitron - with an output lead and via a resistor - with a common lead, and also a capacitor and a diode, at the same time the collector-emitter transition of the DCA transistor is shunted with a capacitor, and the base-emitter transition of the controlling transistor is shunted with a diode in reverse direction.

EFFECT: increased reliability of a DC voltage stabiliser by simplification of a start-up circuit.
