SUBSTANCE: in a stabiliser an emitter of a protection transistor is connected with a common point of connection of a capacitor and the third resistor of a start-up RC-circuit, a collector - with an input lead, a base - with one lead of the second resistor, the other lead of which is connected with a diode cathode, the anode of which is connected with the output lead. These actions make it possible to provide for recovery of stabiliser serviceability after elimination of short circuit.

EFFECT: possibility of independent start-up of a stabiliser after elimination of short circuit at the outlet and expansion of a device application area.
