SUBSTANCE: device includes the following components: regulating transistor (1); transistor of dc amplifier (2) with opposite type of conductivity; divisor of output voltage on resistors 4 and 5; stabilitron (3); first (6) and second (9) resistors; diode (11); series RC-circuit; start-up transistor (8), the start-up transistor (8) emitter is connected to the input terminal, the collector is connected to the output terminal via the second resistor (9), the base is connected to the global bus via the series RC-circuit, the point of connection of the resistor (6) and the series RC-circuit condenser (7) is connected to the input terminal via the diode (11).
EFFECT: stabiliser start reliability improvement in case of short-term disappearance of input voltage, start-up circuit scheme simplification.
