FIELD: production of canned goods from meet and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing, onion cutting followed by roasting thereof in adipose, garlic pulping, wheat flour roasting, and cutting of pork and paprika. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with acetic acid, chilly pepper, and caraway. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with sour cream, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
