FIELD: coke industry; methods of removal the depositions from the meta surface using the liquid detergents.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the coke production, in particular, to removal the depositions from the meta surface using the liquid detergents. The method provides for exclusion from the technological process of the coke oven gas, the steam, 29-31 vol. % of scrubbing oil, addition in its remained part of the dissolvent - 31-29 vol. % of carbolic oil. The washing out of the depositions conduct at the permanent circulation of the wash mixture, at the temperature of 55-65°C for 3.0-3.5 h. The wash mixture is withdrawn from the production cycle and fed to refill the cycle of the fresh scrubbing oil. The invention effectively removes the depositions, increases output of the crude benzol due to elimination of the shutdowns of the benzene scrubbers for replacement of the grid packings.
EFFECT: the invention ensures effective removal of the depositions, increased output of the crude benzol, elimination of the shutdowns of the benzene scrubbers for replacement of the grid packings.
