FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: first, coke gas in the scrubber is brought into contact with flushing liquid and aromatic hydrocarbons are separated from coke gas by means of absorption. Then, flushing liquid enriched with aromatic hydrocarbons is heated and aromatic hydrocarbons are distilled out of flushing liquid under action of water vapour. Flushing liquid is again supplied to the scrubber after cooling. Besides, diesel biofuel is used as flushing liquid; diesel biofuel is supplied to the scrubber at the temperature of 10 to 50°C. In order to distil the absorbed aromatic hydrocarbons, diesel biofuel is heated up to 100 to 250°C, with the action of superheated water vapour with the temperature of above 150°C.
EFFECT: diesel biofuel used as flushing liquid is easy to use, it has increased absorption ability and can be easily reduced under action of water vapour at high temperatures, which leads to negligibly low losses of flushing liquid due to evaporation.
