FIELD: wind power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed wind power-generating plant contains rotor unit including bushings arranged from top and bottom, support passing radially from each bushing, and longitudinal blade secured to front edge of support of both upper and lower bushings, and also frame unit including roller bearing carrying bushing of rotor unit for rotation around center of vertical shaft, and post for fastening roller bearing at required height relative to ground.

EFFECT: reduced influence of own weight of plant and provision of stable rotation of rotor unit even in large-size wind power-generating plants.
