METHOD FOR INJECTION ANALYSIS AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF METHOD Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC G01N1/20 G01N35/08

Abstract RU 2287145 C1

FIELD: automated chemical analysis of liquid substances.

SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding liquid sample and solutions of reagents into reaction vessel by means of reverse pump, connected to multi-drive valve. Feeding of liquid sample and solutions of reagents into reaction vessel is performed along hydraulic line, created by channel of multi-drive valve and detector. After feeding the sample and solution reagents into reaction vessel through reaction vessel by means of one of channels of multi-drive valve, flow of atmospheric air or gas, inert relatively to sample and reagents, is pumped through. Sample with reagents is then let through a detector, which performs measurements. Device for realization of serial injection analysis contains at least one multi-drive valve, one of channels of which through reverse pump and detector is connected to reaction vessel, another channel of multi-drive valve is the channel for feeding liquid sample, one more channel of multi-drive valve is the draining channel, one more channel of multi-drive valve is he channel for feeding air or gas, inert relatively to sample and reagents, remaining channels of multi-drive valve are channels for feeding reagents, while multi-drive valve is made with possible connection of channel, which is connected to reaction vessel, to any one of remaining channels, and reaction vessel is connected to the channel by its lower part.

EFFECT: increased precision and trustworthiness of analysis.
