FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation of purification of hydrocarbon liquid medium from dissolved gases and is pertinent to the field of chemical and petrochemical industries. The installation contains a feeding pipeline with a nozzle unit, a cylindrical channel for provision of a supersonic flow of the liquid and evolved from it gases, a pipeline of withdrawal of gaseous impurities and a pipeline of withdrawal of the purified medium. The nozzle unit is made in the form of a multi-nozzle head hermetically fixed in the pipeline. The ratio of the head cross-sectional area to the sum of the nozzles apertures areas is equal (6ч12):1. After the cylindrical channel there is a diffusor with an opening angle of 4-6 degrees, and after it - a separating chamber with a pipeline of withdrawal of gaseous impurities. In the withdrawal pipeline there is a hydraulic lock made in the form of a bent section of a pipe. The installation allows to achieve a high-degree purification of high-sulfur crude oils from hydrogen sulfide and other dissolved gases.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a high-degree purification of high-sulfur crude oils from hydrogen sulfide and other dissolved gases.
