FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely production of ferrite articles, possibly in electronic and radio industry branches.
SUBSTANCE: process comprises steps of molding blanks of ferrite powder; heating blanks by means of pulse irradiation at using penetrating electron beam till sintering temperature; keeping while irradiating and cooling till 20° C at irradiation with rate 10 - 20 °/min; after achieving temperature 780 - 800°C interrupting cooling; soaking blanks at such temperature and irradiating them for 50 - 60 min while acting upon blank by ultrasound with frequency 0.15 - 5 MHz; then going on cooling.
EFFECT: enhanced dielectric characteristics at sustaining the same electromagnetic properties.
