FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of ferrite products. Method includes the preparation of a press powder comprising a ferrite material and a dopant additive in the form of a nanoscale carbonyl iron powder in an amount of 0.01–0.03 % by weight of the total weight of the press powder, pressing of blanks and radiation-thermal sintering of blanks by means of a continuous electron beam of an electron accelerator. Mechanoactivation of the carbonyl iron powder is carried out for 8–15 minutes to obtain a nanoscale powder, and barium hexaferrite is used as a ferrite material. In the press powder, a low-melting additive PbO in an amount of 0.03–0.05 % by weight of the total weight of the press powder is additionally introduced. Radiation-thermal sintering of blanks is carried out by heating them with an electron beam to the melting temperature of PbO 886 °C, aging at 886–920 °C for 30–40 minutes, then heating in an electron beam to a temperature of 1,300–1,400 °C and holding at this temperature for 30–120 minutes.

EFFECT: it is ensured the production of quality products based on barium hexaferrite, the sintering time is reduced.
