FIELD: manufacture of cardboard articles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed semiautomatic machine tool for gluing cardboard blanks contains blank feeding device, roll for application of glue, bath with glue and pressure roll. Device for sealing glued seam is made two-tier, in form of upper and lower endless tapes secured with tension on two opposite pairs of shafts with drums so that clearance between tapes is equal to 1.8-2.6 of cardboard blank thickness. Endless tape of upper tier is furnished with blank feeding straps of height in range of 0.6-0.8 of cardboard blank thickness. Pushing surface of end face of blank feeding straps is made riffled to prevent failure of machine tool operating at high capacity.

EFFECT: provision of semiautomatic machine tool with simple and reliable control of capacity and forming strong glue seam.
