FIELD: industrial inorganic synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in production of fluorocarbons, fluoroplastics, elementary fluorine, and inorganic fluorides. Fluor-spar is decomposed by sulfuric acid on heating in first internal-heating furnace 1 with concurrent supply of fuel and raw material. Reaction gas is purified with oleum in wash column 2. First target product, anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, is recovered via selective oleum absorption in columns 3 at temperature from -10°C to +10°C followed by desorption in column 4 at 90-130°C and subsequent condensation. Installation further contains second furnace 6 for sulfuric acid decomposition of fluor-spar, which furnace is connected to first furnace 1 through in series joined with each other wash column 2, HF isolation block (consisting of oleum absorption column 3 and desorption column 4), and storage tank for spent acids 5. Spent acid from all stages of the process are conveyed to second furnace 6. Obtained after desorption non-condensed hydrogen fluoride is conveyed to first column, wherein reaction gas from second furnace 6 is subjected to water absorption, to form second target product: 35-40% hydrofluoric acid.
EFFECT: enabled simultaneous production of anhydrous and 35-40% aqueous hydrogen fluoride, increased yield of desired products, a reduced power consumption.
