FIELD: petroleum industry.
SUBSTANCE: neutralizer contains amine mixture, 0.5-20.0%, ammonia, 5.0-40.0%, formaldehyde, 5.0-20.0, and alkali effluent from caprolactam production, the rest. In the preferred embodiment of invention, amine mixture is composed of polyethylene-polyamines. Neutralizer can be applied in oil production, transportation, and preliminary treatment.
EFFECT: extended action spectrum of neutralizing composition due to additional neutralization of biogenic mercaptans and hydrogen sulfide, and improved water-oil emulsion demulsification process.
