FIELD: measurement technology; speed stabilizers of various submersible vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in directing harmonic sound wave to two fiber-optic coils of interferometer; frequency of this wave is so selected that wave should come to coils in one phase for given magnitude of submersible vehicle speed. Output signal of fiber-optic interferometer is equal to zero in this case. As a result, output signal at indicator output is proportional to deviation of submersible vehicle motion from preset magnitude directed to speed regulator.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
