FIELD: the invention refers to hydro acoustics and may be used for direction finding and location of an underwater object in a natural reservoir.
SUBSTANCE: the essence of the invention is in that three pairs of material and supporting fiber bobbins located along the coordinate axles are combined in one interferometer. Various carrier frequencies are delivered on the material fiber bobbins. The received noise is demodulated and is subjected to processing with the aim of definition of the coordinates of an underwater object. A special electronic scheme allows also determine the speed and the trajectory of the motion of the underwater object.
EFFECT: expands operational capabilities.
