FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, preparing of novel milk products.
SUBSTANCE: mixture for molding of membrane contains cellulose diacetate in acetone and activated charcoal with 85 micron sized particles at the following content of components, wt%: cellulose diacetate 5.0; acetone 62.6-68.5; activated charcoal 26.5-32.4. When charcoal with 160 micron sized particles is used, the following content of components, wt%, is used: cellulose diacetate 7.0; acetone 67.7-78.5; activated charcoal 14.5-25.3.
EFFECT: increased selectivity and adsorption properties of membrane.
