FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: automatic apparatus has first cooking chamber 1 provided with valve 2 for feeding of raw macaroni products and lower valve 3 for discharge of cooked macaroni products, and second cooking chamber 12 positioned under discharge valve 3 of first cooking chamber 1 and equipped at its lower part with shutter 13 for discharging of cooked macaroni products. Each of cooking chambers is connected to pipe 9 for supplying of hot water produced in boiler 8 to pipe 19 for discharge of cooking water, and to pipe 17 for discharge of steam. Pipes 9, 17, 19 terminate in heat-exchanger 18 for heating of running water which is fed by means of pump 23 into boiler 6 through pipe 22. All components of apparatus are electrically connected to control panel controlled by respective program.
EFFECT: intensified cooking of macaroni products and similar food products under atmospheric pressure.
