FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to static mixing or dispersing element for mixing and/or dispersing liquids, suspensions, gases or liquids and gases. Mixing or dispersing element contains channel, in which inserted element, containing foamy structure, is placed; in channel in addition to inserted element for microscopic mixing or dispersing placed is static mixing element for macroscopic mixing, or preliminary dispersing, or macroscopic dispersing. In addition, method of obtaining dispersion by means of claimed mixing or dispersing element is described.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce energy consumption and achieve minimal possible assembly length of mixing or dispersing element.
