FOLDABLE CONTAINER PROVIDED WITH BASE AND FOUR FOLDABLE SIDEWALLS Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B65D6/26 

FIELD: foldable containers.

SUBSTANCE: foldable container has base and four foldable sidewalls which are connected with base of container by hinges and which are capable of folding inside to touch base. Two opposite first walls have to be released-locked with two other opposite walls at corner parts of foldable container. Any of two first sidewalls has snap lock at end of sidewall. Snap locks are capable of engaging with corresponding adjusting protrusions at ends of any second sidewall to lock ready sidewalls. Snap locks are made in form of hinged locks. Any hinged lock is made in form of component to have shape of sector of circle around axis of rotation disposed in center. Any hinged lock has protruding locking pawl, which when being at locking position engages adjusting protrusion at adjacent sidewall which comes closer to corner. At locked position the hinged locks are spring-loaded.

EFFECT: ease at unblocking and locking of sidewalls.
