FIELD: storage and transportation of loads in containers. SUBSTANCE: proposed container has hinge-mounted walls folding downwards onto bottom. Two first opposite side walls are provided with end wall sections enclosing the corners. Two other walls are provided with connecting wall sections arranged for overlapping, and sidewise elongated sections found at level of base sections of bottom arranged under first side walls. Base sections are provided with sections enclosing the corners. Length of these sections is less than length of wall end sections enclosing the corners. EFFECT: provision of strength and stability at placing containers one onto the other, reduced height of container in folded down state. 21 cl, 12 dwg
