FIELD: glass industry; methods of the liquid cooling of the glass-shaping molds and-or the glass-blowing molds.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of glass industry, in particular, to the method of liquid cooling of the glass-shaping molds and-or the glass-blowing molds in the aggregate with the separate sections. The technical result of the invention is provision of feeding of the cooling liquid to the corresponding components or the halves of the glass-shaping molds or the glass-blowing molds and also the withdrawal of the cooling liquid from these components using the cooling liquid headrace and return channels passing through the hinge prop, on which the levers of the mold are mounted, and further through these levers of the mold to each of the pointed components of the mold and back. For this purpose the aggregate has a couple of the mold levers mounted on the hinge prop, and at least one corresponding component of the mold, which is carried by each of the levers. At that each of components of the mold has at least one channel for the cooling liquid and the inlet and outlet holes and both are arranged on one of the butts of the component of the mold, and each of the levers of the mold has the inlet and outlet channels for the flow of the cooling liquid connectable in the process of operation to the inlet and outlet holes at least of one component of the mold, and also the source of the fed cooling liquid and the main of the cooling liquid return, which is connected to the hinge prop. The aggregate additionally includes the first channel for the cooling liquid passing through hinge prop and arranged between the source of the cooling liquid and the inlet channels for the cooling liquid flow located in the levers of the mold, and the second channel for the cooling liquid passing through the hinge prop and arranged between the outlet channels for the cooling liquid flow present in the levers of the mold and the main of the cooling liquid return, connecting them to each other, due to what the cooling liquid flow transits in the closed contour from the source of the cooling liquid through the hinge prop and further through the levers of the mold to the corresponding components of the mold, and then returns back from the components of the mold passing at that again through the levers of the mold and through the hinge prop to the main of the cooling liquid return.
EFFECT: the invention ensures feeding of the cooling liquid to the corresponding components or the halves of the glass-shaping molds or the glass-blowing molds, withdrawal of the cooling liquid from these components through the cooling liquid headrace and return channels, through the hinge prop with the levers of the mold and further to each of the pointed components of the mold and back.
