FIELD: production of glass containers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a devices for molding of glass containers by a two-stage method. The invention will ensure the improved air-cooling system for a billet mold of the sectional machine. The device for opening and closing of the mold for a section of the sectional machine contains: at least one half of the mold having a vertical air cooling channel; an assembly unit of the mold fastening element containing a fastening element- insert for holding at least one half of the mold and a horizontally passing in the axial direction shaft linked with the fastening element-insert; a housing including a mean for support of the horizontally passing in an axial direction shaft for an axial displacement, so that the fastening element-insert be capable to move in the axial direction between the retracted and pushed forward positions. The housing additionally has the first and the second vertical channels, each of which at its upper end has a cartridge, a collector unit including a collector with a plenum chamber with a site to place at least one half of the mold above each of them. At that at least one site (part) of the plenum chamber has an exit, that opens downwards, and a spacer sleeve fixed in the lower part a frame and having a hole passing in vertical direction and connected with each opening downwards exit of at least one site of the plenum chamber for delivery of cooling air from the plenum chamber into the vertical channel of air cooling of at lest one half of the mold smaller, a measure of one ejector die. The collecting channel has a pair of horizontal cylindrical inlet holes, a pair of cylindrical pipes, each of which has the first end linked to one of the cylindrical holes, as well as the first and the second elbow pipes for connection of the second end of each of the cylindrical pipes to the cartridges, so that cooling air from channels moved in the pair of the pipes. At that each of the pair of the cylindrical pipes has a length, chosen so, that the first end of each cylindrical pipes was in the corresponding inlet holes, when a the fastening insert is moving between the retracted and pushed forward positions.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved air-cooling system for a billet mold of the sectional machine.
