FIELD: mechanical industry, possible use for balancing rigid rotors, containing, in particular, disks inclined towards rotation plane.
SUBSTANCE: method includes elements for mounting and fastening disk on spindle of frame by means of balancing element made of a pair of oblique washers with straight external ends, adjacent to disk from opposite sides. Values of geometrical parameters of balancing element are determined mathematically. Each oblique washer of balancing element is provided with internal circular shelf, having external cylindrical surface, axis of which is inclined to axis of spindle at an angle equal to angle of disk inclination to rotation surface. Inclined disk by its mounting bore, axis of which is perpendicular to its end planes, is mounted and fastened on external cylindrical surfaces of both circular shelves of oblique washers, this forming given angle of inclination to rotation plane.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and lower costs of fastening and balancing of disks inclined towards rotation plane.
