FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to abrasive treatment and can be implemented for fastening straight or inclined abrasive disks. The unit corresponds to a sectional module containing fixing elements, a base bushing, a movable flange bushing and replaceable taper balance washer. The base bushing has internal conic surface for conjugation with base surface of a machine spindle and external cylinder base and flange surfaces. The movable flange bushing is coaxially installed on the base bushing; angular position of the flange bushing relative to the main bushing can be fixed by means of a pin; the flange bushing has external cylinder surface. Replaceable taper balance washers are arranged on the base and movable bushings and can be rigidly angularly fixed relative to a corresponding flange by means of pins. External cylinder surfaces of the base and movable bushings are designed for fastening abrasive disks, their flange surfaces are used for fastening straight disks, while taper balance washers are used for fastening inclined disks.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of grinding due to fast replacement of disk types with minimal off-balance without additional adjustment and setting of unit.
