FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: inclined disk and balancing element made up of a pair of skewed washers with straight outer end faces abutting upon the disk on opposite sides are mounted and fixed on the machine spindle base clamping sleeve. Every washer is furnished with inner circular ledge with an outer cylindrical surface, which axis is inclined relative to the spindle axis at the angle equal to that of disk inclination to the rotation plane. The disk seats on the outer cylindrical surfaces of both circular ledges of skewed washers, while geometrical parameters of the balancing element are calculated. Here note that the balancing element skewed washers are coupled by a connecting sleeve. The inclined disk, the balancing element, the connecting sleeve, a guiding key and a lock nut with a lock washer make a separate assembly unit to be attached on the machine spindle base clamping sleeve outer surface by a pressure flange keyed to the base sleeve and locked by nuts with locking washers resting against the pressure disk end face.
EFFECT: higher reliability, higher quality of the inclined disk assembly.
