SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device depend on generation of first and second basic reference signals synchronized in phase with first and second original reference signals, respectively, frequency of each of them being n times higher than that of respective original reference signal; one of basic reference signals is chosen by means of selection signal, frequency of chosen basic reference signal is divided to frequency of its corresponding reference signal and this basic signal is supplied to phase lock control circuit for generating frame synchronization signal.
EFFECT: reduced abrupt phase shift in frame synchronization signal.
