SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network communication technologies. Data processor comprising: a circuit configured to split an input stream formed by a plurality of packets into separate streams in a plurality of channels including input stream packets with a constant density, by uniformly distributing each of the packets of the input stream into the channel from a plurality of channels and distributing null packets (NP) across all other channels except said channel, wherein the NP is contained in separated streams in ratios corresponding to ratios of inverse data transfer rates required in streams with remote NPs; and a plurality of buffers for storing packets of input signals.
EFFECT: technical result is faster data processing.
