SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to remove a neoplasm or dissect and divide cicatrices, prepare a transferred skin transplant. Moreover, for developing a transferred skin transplant one should apply a weakening incision, the length of which should be estimated by the value of skin stretchability in the course of transplant's mobilization despite alterations in its coloring caused by circulation disorders in it. As for fixation of transferred skin transplant to neighboring tissues, it should be carried out successively starting from proximal department towards distal one due to applying interrupted sutures through compression plates. The plates should be designed as hexahedral and/or pentahedral ones with rounded angles and with openings of circular, hexahedral oval or elliptical form along the whole plane. Then it is necessary to apply an antiseptic preparation onto plates' surface. As far as plates and sutures are concerned, they should be removed gradually on about 3-8^th d after operation. The innovation enables to reduce considerably the area of plastic material applied, the length and the area of postoperational cicatrices and decrease the volume of surgical interference.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation.
