METHOD FOR COSMETIC TREATMENT OF FACIAL SOFT-TISSUE DEFECTS Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC A61B17/00

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with removing soft-tissue defects, such as age-induced skin alterations, wrinkles, facial ptosis. Therefore, it is necessary to fulfill skin lifting due to fixing allotendinous ligatures which should be applied in area of fascial knots being the support for mimic muscles. Then a transplant's tissue bottom should be punctured circularly, the diameter being up to 3 cm in sites at the distance of about 0.3-1.0 cm against each other with injection form of "Alloplant" biomaterial. In peculiar case, it is necessary to predetect localization of fascial knots at applying either clinical or NMR-tomographic, or acoustic research methods. In peculiar case, for injections one should apply "Alloplant" biomaterial - regeneration stimulant dissolved in physiological solution or lidocaine solution at the ratio being 30 mg:6-10 ml. The innovation enables to improve cosmetic result at correcting facial soft-tissue defects due to complex impact upon connective-tissue structures that provides regeneration of adjacent connective-tissue formations and, simultaneously, favors the process of reconstruction and strengthening of natural structure of facial soft framework.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cosmetic therapy.
